Recruitment

At Rowanfield, we are proud to offer a nurturing environment for staff as well as pupils.  A safe place where everyone is treated fairly and feels valued and supported.

At Rowanfield, through our ‘Dream, Drive, Duty and Dazzle’ values, we help pupils to reach their goals through developing their resilience and celebrating achievements.  We pride ourselves on mirroring these values within our staff community as well.

In January 2022, Ofsted inspectors at our infant school recognised that; “Staff see themselves as a team which provides capacity and commitment to the school’s mantra of the four Ds: ‘Dream, Drive, Duty, Dazzle’. Every member of staff feels valued”

In 2025, our junior school was recognised within their Ofsted report: ‘Rowanfield Junior School’s ethos is built on the ‘4Ds: dream, drive, duty and dazzle’. The school creates a strong culture of belonging for pupils and staff.’ It was also noted that ‘The pastoral support provided to pupils and their families is extensive.’
